if the problem bothers other people in your area, have them complain to the chief too. If enough people complain, the chief will probably do something. If your city has a council, you could talk to them about it.
if you are sure that the noise is from fixing up the house,Not iron factory . SO this is not a too serious problem, After the house is finished, noise will disappear.
if you confirm that the house cum iron factory is illegal than you or your neighbour can jointly Petition to the Labis Municipal Office of this illegal business.
should this FAIL call TV3…they will FLUSH the culprit behind it
get all the signatures and complain as a group.
