Transnational Express has a bus from Singapore to Mersing that leaves 3 times a day (9, 10am & 10pm) from the car park at Lavender Street – Kallang Bahru junction. You may contact them at Tel: +65 62947034.
There are express bus going to Mersing, leaving Golden Mile every morning. Try calling into some travel agent and ask.

Are you going to Tioman ? is not advice for you to drive there, many bad reason, and park the Singapore Restriction car at Tanjung Gemok ferry for few day , is not so save ! Konsortium Express & tour .tel 63923911 is the only company with own coach direct to Mersing Pier ,dap. daily 0630 am and reach ferry terminal at aroubd 12,00pm . you can also take total Package with 2 way transfer + ferry to Tioman and return, stay at the best beach resort ” Berjaya Tioman ” 2 nignt from SGD 228.oo ( Twin in a room )Hope this is the info you want ! * to only P/B ,just buy 2 ways bus tickect from them, because other bus service will not stop at Pier ! you need to walk 17 min . *
