I have photos of boat people landing on oil rigs off malaysia in about 1984-5
Pulau Bidong is better known because it’s inhabited by more boat people than in Tengah. Pulau Bidong is geographically closer to Vietnam than Pulau Tengah. For that reason, boat people will likely be guided there first. Just curious, may I ask why are you interested in this information ?
