In the school where I teach, there is a room students go to do homework and study. If your school has such a place, you could go and ask the teacher who works there if he could use any help. He or she will gladly accept your help, I am sure.
ask your teacher if u can put up notices up at your school
i don’t think any parents would appreciate their children learning from 13 year olds.
do some volunteer work-
in america and the uk i’ve had kids your age help me in my after school time that i use to assist other students.
then there is your local library which might run a free tutoring service for students that struggle.
or just ask the church / faith group for a spce for you to help others.
